Methodology and transferring lessons learned - introduction and application of the new PRINCE2

John Edmonds of pearcemayfield presented to the East of England in 2009 on the introduction and application of the new updated PRINCE2 qualification.  John's presentation informed delegates on the changes to PRINCE2.  He began the seminar by discussing the common dislikes about PRINCE2 and then addressed the popular elements of the qualification that had to stay in the improved version.  John focused on the principles, processes and themes of PRINCE 2.

John finishes up the session by talking about the qualification itself and how it will continue to evolve in the future.
