Project Challenge, the UK’s leading independent show for projects, programmes, process and resources is holding its autumn show at London Olympia. Representing APM, will be Paul Kidston, head of project control at Taylor Woodrow and Simon Taylor, head of planning for HS2.

Paul and Simon will be presenting on Better Planning Makes Better Projects. They were involved in APM’s Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control guide and will be discussing their involvement with the book. This guide bridges the gap between planning practice and theory and is aimed at project staff with all levels of experience.

Their presentation will take place at London Olympia on day two of the event, Wednesday 07 October at 12:30pm. Where they will also be looking at how projects can be influenced by good planning and controls and what can go wrong when this is neglected.

To find out more about the services and products that we offer, you can find a representative from APM on stand 140. The programme for the event is available for download. For more information and to register, please visit the Project Challenge Website.
